I would like to apply for a Turkey visa upon my intention to travel to Turkey from 01-March-
2023 to 15-March-2023. The main purpose of my travel is to visit turkey. look very forward
to explore the magnificent sights throughout Turkey. As well as experience the famous
Turkey food and also know the Turkey culture and way of life.
I am sole owner of PAK ELECTRICAL WORK SERVICES, since 30 July 2019, My
business is related to Electrical instruments/Parts manufacturing & Repairing Services. I am
Married and have two children and living in my own hourse along with wife, mother and
children. My Business is registered with FBR under NTN # 6991958-2 and I am a regular tax
payer and responsible citizen. I have very sound financial condition my Meezan Bank
Account # 40010103692046 is showing a closing balance of 2.1 million Pakistani Rupees
which are my business income savings. And My Business income for tax year 2022 was
27,50,500/- as showing in my tax returns.
During My Visit I will visit Blue Mosque & the Grand Bazaar in Istanbul, Hagia Sophia &
Topkapi Palace, Goreme Open Air Museum and Love Valley, Hot Air Balcon Ride,
Pamukkale, Antalya-The Kurşunlu Waterfall, Mosques, Ancient Walls, and Colourful
Neighborhoods in Istanbul etc. I will stay in Turvan Hotel situated in Istanbul and my
Booking Reference # 3314071504.(Hotel Booking Attached)
Please, find the following documents to support my visa application.
Visa Application Form duly signed, Passports (ALL), CNIC Card, Hotel Booking, Travel
Insurance, Visa Request & Income & Assets Declaration, E-Ticket Reservation from
Islamabad to Istanbul, Bank Statement, Bank Maintenance Certificate.
I have plan to spent 2000$ during my visit of Turkey and I am solely responsible for all of
my expenses during visit. And I will return back to my home country on 15-March-2023 as
per my tour plan. Kindly consider the application and grant necessary visa. I assure you that I
will take care of Your country Rules and Regulations and also will follow your immigration
