Buyer's Affidavit of Poseur

I, [Name], being of legal age and residing at [Address], hereby depose and state, after being duly sworn,
that:

That I am a sham buyer, tasked by [Name of Police Agency] with carrying out a buy-bust operation
against [Name of Accused], who was suspected of selling and delivering marijuana without
authorization;

That on [Date of Operation], I went to [Location of Operation] with other police officers to carry out the
aforementioned operation;

That [Name of Accused] was apprehended in the act of selling and delivering 20.16 grams of dried
marijuana to me in a transparent plastic bag for 3,000;

That the aforementioned dried marijuana was promptly turned over to the evidence custodian for
proper disposition;

That [Name of Accused] was not authorized by law to sell, administer, dispense, deliver and transport
marijuana;

That I am signing this Affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts and to support the filing of
criminal charges against [Name of Accused] under the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
