Modified diesel dispensing unit by gear pump driven by belt drive

Original manufactured design of rotary pump for pumping of diesel was creating heavy in
diesel bowser No-KA/35 B-8143 hence there are vibrations in the inner elements of pump
causing damages of pump seal due to which there is a continuous diesel leakages. Because of
this there is a chances of firing in the vehicle. Functional life of pump is also reduced and
maintenance cost is also high.

So we modified the originally designed pump by replacing it with a Gear pump and modified
the original shaft drive of PTO pump with flexible belt drive which result in no shaft
misalignment and hence problem got resolved

After modified diesel dispensing unit by gear pump driven by belt drive. Increased safety of the
person and safety of the equipment also increased and also diesel leakage was reduced.

To avoid the above problem, modification of shaft misalignment problem resolved

and replaced diesel dispensing unit by gear pump driven by belt drive at auto garage
successfully.
