    NOTICE OF ABSENCE

    (Made Under Article 10(6) Of The GNF Constitution Of 2022).

    This is to notify you that won't attend to discussion set at 12:00 AM because of the emergency that
    interfered in between, because at the moment I'm in the parliamentary meeting of the SAUTSO
    GOVERNMENT, so I'm deeply sorry to inform you about this and therefore I mandate power to
    the vice chairman to preside over meeting to that effect.
