Central Issue: The Security Agency Philippines’s central issue is the lack of security

personnel.

Statement of Objectives: To address the insufficiency of the security employees.

Areas of Consideration: The regular clients of the security agency are significantly

increasing and the demand is high. Their patrons are satisfied with the security services

the agency provides. Due to the increasing clients and high demand there is a need to

hire more security employees.

Conclusion: The decision matrix shows that the alternative letter A is the highest which

is Product Development by adding internship program in their agency. This alternative

should be addressed first and should be done immediately to be followed by Market

Penetration which is promoting Security Agency Philippines in Military and Criminology

schools in the current market.

Recommendation: At the moment, Security Agency Philippines should prioritize the

adding Interns for it will incur less cost and is easy to implement. By adding interns in their

agency, it would likely benefit the both parties , the agency and the individual such that

the agency will have new aspiring security personnel working with them and also, the

tendency is that when interns graduate from college they will likely to stay in the agency

and work there as a full employee. As well as the employees who would want to have an

experience that best fits their qualifications. An action plan or Gantt chart can be prepared.

Second, Security Agency should also conduct or promote their agency in the current

market. This means that the Security Agency. This means that the agency will go to the

institutions who have Military and Criminology courses to promote snd encourage more

students to be their interns.
