1. Remya lathabhavan ( June 2022) Examined employee satisfaction and its effect on commitment
of management and staff.she examined factors affecting employee satisfaction are
leave ,reward, and compensation given to the staff by the management which are important to
improve motivation level and employee satisfaction
2. Brikend AzirI (2011)In his article ”management research and practice” he examined that
employee satisfaction is one of the most complex area facing by today managers when it comes
to managing their employees. Many studies have shown an usually large impact on productivity
and also performance of the business organization
3. Allen and Meyer(1996) according to them organizational commitment can be defined as
affiliation of employees to organization and involvement in it .In general there are
three dimensions of commitment, affective and normative commitment and normative
commitment
