 It all began when the god Inti, was annoyed with the actions of the people on
earth and sent his son Ayar Manco, this founded the empire of the Incas, he was
always accompanied by his wife mama ocllo. They were leaving Lake Titicaca
when Ayar Manco received a golden rod from his father with the mission of
founding his empire, after that they walked through all the mountains, they
arrived at the Huanacaure hill surrounded by mountains and the rod sank,
because that place was the center of the universe for them, finally they knew that
this place would become the so-called “navel of the world” civilizing the valley of
Cusco and founding the Tahuantinsuyo.
