Managing Director has informed to prepare question bank from the respective faculties for Diploma Courses. The purpose of setting the question bank is to guide the students and to get a thorough grip on each topic in the subject. Also, question bank can be integrated in MIS Software for upcoming examinations The Principals/In-charge officers are hereby informed to instruct all the faculties to set the question bank who are handling the respective subjects as per the enclosed allotted list in the semester wise. The following points may be noted while setting the question bank by the paper setter and Reviewer: 1. Questions should be typed in MS soft copy. The main heading and sub heading font sizes should be maintained for 14mm and 12mm with 1.5 line spacing on a ‘Ad size format. The margins should be: Left-1.25” , Right-1" and Bottom-0.75 2. Question paper should be set for a minimum of 20 questions in each section for theory subjects including ED-|, ED-II & JFD as per the existing question paper pattern (Refer only N/D 2019 question paper pattern). 3, Question paper should be set for a minimum of two sets for design subjects viz: ED-Ill, PTD-I, PTD-ll, MD-| & MD-II as per the existing question paper pattern. 4, Questions should be framed by covering the entire academic syllabus with weightage of marks in each chapter. 5. Ensure to avoid repeated questions in each section. 6. As far as possible, to minimize the descriptive type questions, instead set more on practical oriented questions. 7. All drawings/sketches (preferably prepared using CAD ) should be neatly drawn with all details shown legibly and clearly without any missing data. Provide answers to the Questions and working steps to all the problems Reviewer should cross verify whether the questions set by the paper setter are correct or not by comparing existing syllabus and also ensure that questions should not be repeated in each of the respective section. pese send soft copy of question bank to the exam cell on or before 30-06-2020.
