Day 1 - Bright Angel Trailhead

What I learned about Bright Angel Trail was that it’s

the most popular way to get from the rim of the
Grand Canyon to the river and along the trail, there
are rocks that are nearly two billion years old
On the following slide are my photos I took on my
camera when I was eight.

Day 2 - Powell Point

What I learned about Powell Point was that it was

where Theodore Roosevelt declared the Grand Canyon a
National Park. I also learned that there is a statue of
John Wesley Powell, of which the place was named
after. He played a vital role in discovering the Grand
Canyon and leading many expeditions to explore it.
Since I have not been to Powell Point, I used street
view for pictures.

Day 3 - Yaki Point

What I learned about Yaki Point was that it is along

the Kaibab Trail. I also learned that it was one of
the least visited places, but it is worth the time and
is very breathtaking, like all views of the Grand
Canyon.
All pictures of Yaki Point are taken my me or one
of my parents
