I. PROJECT PROPONENT The project is proposed by the Supreme Government.
II. PROJECT RATIONALE
The Supreme Government aims for those who were affected by the Typhoon Ulysses. We, Supreme Student Government propose to host a Donation Drive. With this, we can help even in a very simple way.
III. PROJECT OBJECTIVES
This project aims to help those who were affected by the Typhoon. "A test. This program, at its finest fabric, tests our moral hierarchy and value system in a strong way. Our program allows us to help individuals and groups in all sorts of ethnicity, help them get back on their fit. We are all synchronized by time and psyche. Deep inside we hold desires and beliefs that could be equivalent to the mindset of a philosopher or a scientist. We are gears in a clock, obliged to work together and work in harmony to nature. Sadly, we are the gears of a rusting clock. Right now, the world seeks for attention. We should answer back. Nature has sent us its greatest grudge to all of us, its wildness and the power to sink a province. It is a message that we should answer back. Our program grants us the opportunity to help those in need and to temporarily heal the wounded hearts of the people by putting a band-aid on it. This is the only way we could help our fellow country men and help them once again stand up, chin up. This is the only way we could think of to help."
IV. TARGET BENEFICIARIES
The target beneficiaries of the project are those who were affected by the Typhoon Ulysses.
