silent then all that will be left are the soloists.
Don’t let a loud few determine the nature of the sound. It makes for poor harmony and
diminishes the song. “

For me the quote “A choir is made up of many voices, including yours and mine.” means
that the environment or nature of education is diverse, it composes of different races, beliefs,
religion, perspectives, geography, status among others. Yet, even so they are working with
everyone or collaborating to form perfect harmony. And by achieving perfect harmony
inclusivity comes in. The second quote “If one by one all go silent then all that will be left are
the soloists” means that in spite of there differences and diversity our education system strives
for inclusivity that the many voices becomes one. There is unity and understanding at the midst
of diversity. Wherein everyone would feel that they are belong in a group. It is giving
opportunities and treating everyone fairly. The last quote “Don’t let a loud few determine the
nature of the sound. It makes for poor harmony and diminishes the song.” Means that we
should not let those few obstacles that would come along the way in achieving inclusivity and
collaboration in our educational system hinders these progress for it will lead to poor
foundation and slowly it would collapse.
