with the addition of the 6604/6605 Solution. Insert this behind Tab 5 of Volume 2 in the Driver’s/Warehouse
Procedures library.

Overview
The Xerox 6204 Wide Format Printer & Printer/Copier – 6604/6605 Solution product is unpacked, set up and delivered
by the Carrier. An XSR will complete the installation.

• Listed below are the new product codes:

AGC – Xerox 6204 Wide Format Printer


AGF – Xerox 6204 Wide Format Printer/Copier
VTA – Low Cost Color Scanner
WXU – Installation Kit
VXH – UI Display Kit
UXC – Controller

Delivery Strategy (Product Handling Strategy)

Warehouse:
• The Xerox 6204 Wide Format Printer & Printer/Copier (AGC, AGF, WDK, WDF) will be depalletized for
delivery to the Customer site.
• The Carrier will recycle the pallet and shipping brackets.
• All kits will be delivered fully packaged to the Customer site.

Customer Site:
• The Carrier is responsible delivering the Xerox 6204 Wide Format Printer & Printer/Copier (AGC, AGF,
WDK, WDF) to the Customer site.
Important: If a stair climb is necessary to get the printer to the Customer site, a Stair Climb Plate must
be acquired from Xerox.
• The Carrier is responsible for positioning the Xerox 6204 Wide Format Printer & Printer/Copier (AGC, AGF,
WDK, WDF) at the Customer site.
• The Carrier is responsible for using the Wordless Instructions for installing the 6604/6605 Solution.
• The Carrier is responsible for positioning all kit boxes in front of the Xerox 6204 Wide Format Printer &
Printer/Copier (AGC, AGF, WDK, WDF) at the Customer site.

Removal Strategy (Product Handling Strategy)

Customer Site:
• The Xerox Representative will be responsible for deservicing the 6204 Wide Format Printer & Printer/Copier
(AGC, AGF, WDK, WDF).
• The Carrier is responsible for securing the 6604/6605 Solution to the Xerox 6204 Wide Format Printer &
Printer/Copier for the removal.
• The Carrier is responsible removing the Xerox 6204 Wide Format Printer & Printer/Copier (AGC, AGF, WDK,
WDF) from the Customer site.
Important: If a stair climb is necessary to get the printer to the Customer site, a Stair Climb Plate must be
acquired from Xerox.

Warehouse:
• The Carrier will be responsible for repacking and palletizing the Xerox 6204 Wide Format Printer &
Printer/Copier (AGC, AGF, WDK, WDF) using recycled pallet and shipping brackets.
