 File Manager
1.Set the different files display or not display
!
User can set the office assistant show System Files or only show SD card
files；show or don’t show hidden files. Default settings are Only show
SD Card Files and don’t show hidden files
!



2.Set different file display styles

User can select different file display styles according to your
preferences，Icon mode or list mode
!

 

3.Select to show files type
!
To make it easier for users to find their desired file type，we provide a
file type and different sort of display settings.
File types：All, Documents, Videos, Pictures,Music, Others
Sort: Name, Date, Size


4.Searching

In order to make it easier for users to find the file they want in so large
files, we provide a search function.

5.Camera and Camcorder
!
User can select camera and camcorder directly and save them in
office assistant folder.
!

 

6. File manager - Edit：

Select “Edit” button, will show the file edit screen. user can create folder,
create file, delete,move, copy and so on. User also can select the functions
according to long press the files
Detail steps：
1).Create TXT，Create Folder：
Click “Edit” button, will show the file edit screen, user can select create files,
and enter txt file editor screen. If user select create folder button, it will enter
edit folder name screen.
User can set different encoding to the new txt file.
2).Multi- Select:
Click “Edit” button, will show the file edit screen. User can select one or more
files only need to click the file or folder, if you want to deselect, click it again.
User can select all or deselect all.　
3).Compression, Send Email,Delete:
User can compression selected files, send the selected files according to
Email, delete the selected files.
4).Copy, Move:

Click “Edit” button, will show the file edit screen. Select one or more files, click
“copy” or “move” button, and then select the target address, after that, click
“copy” or “move” button, the copy or move fuction is finished.
5).Open the file using other application:
Long press file, user can select other application to open the file.
6).Unzip the file:
User can select ZIP，RAR and TAR file，and unzip it.

7.Cloud Storage:
User can see the cloud storage in file manager screen. it support copy file or
folder to cloud storage, delete files or folder in cloud storage, and read the file
online.



8.Wi-Fi File Transfer:

Phone connect wifi and computer connect the same wifi local network. open
the wifi server in phone, input the address in computer web browser , then,
user can see the office assistant file manager list. user can upload file to
phone, download the file to computer or delete the selected file.
