APPEAL AGAINST AN ORDER FOR DISCIPLINARY MEASURES
ED. RULE 99 S.I. 87 OF 2012

Appeal form must be completed in TRIPLICATE.

1. Appeals against an order of Suspension, Dismissal or Termination of Services must be submitted
within thirty (30) days of receipt of such order to the Teaching Service Appeals Tribunal.
2. Appeals against decision by Managing Authority, with the approval of the Commission to uphold an
order of Suspension, Dismissal or Termination of Services must be submitted to the Teaching Service
Appeals Tribunal within thirty (30) days of receipt of the decision.
3. Appeals against disciplinary measures other than an order of Suspension, Dismissal or Termination
must be submitted within thirty (30) days of receipt such order.
