After Passing Practical Test
What should you do?

Step 1: Report back to Practical Test Warm-up

Step 2: Wait for our friendly customer service

officer to do the following:
1. Complete a simple survey
2. Cancel any valid bookings
3. Check your address (Remaining balance in your Step 3: Apply for Driving licence:
account will be refunded by cheque)
* If you remaining balance is $20 or less, refund will be via - Proceed to police.gov.sg to apply for a Qualified
Cash at our customer service counter. driving licence (QDL)
- Ensure traffic police endorsed your driving
Kindly bank in your cheque or collect your cash (If account licence if you have already obtained a driving
balance is $20 or less) within 6 months after
graduating/terminating. Monthly Maintenance fee will be
