Executive summary

This is the internship report based on a Six Week internship program that I completed in Pacific Heavens
Logistic from 04.07.2022 to 12.08.2022. being new to practical setting, every hour spent at PHL gave me
some amount of experience which cannot be explained in all.

This report includes an outline of my experience at PHL and informations on what I gained working
alongside staffs at PHL .

PHL has a Skilled work force who are trained and retained on regular basis which helps ensure that its
cleints needs are met.

Through out my six weeks of my internship I gained insight of the company from different departments
and I realized that there is close collaboration between the workers of these different departments.

During this period, I assisted the operations officer in ensuring the accuracy of information imputed,
creating emplates for docuents and recepio of clients . I also assisted in duty payment.

Most of the information contained in this report is based on observation and explanations from from
various workers

This report also cantains my analysis of PHL’s positioning in the industry which is followed by
recommendations which is outlined.
