Confidentiality Agreement
between
Krduterhaus Sanct Bernhard KG, Heliensteinstrasse 47, 73342 Bad
Germany (hereinafter known as the manufacturer)
and
CV IPPHO SAMUDERA, Ruko Golden Boulevard Blok F/ 10, jl. Raya Serpong,
“Tangerang Selatan, Banten, Indonesia (hereinafter known as the client)
Obligation to the protection of business and company secrets (know-how protection)
(1) The client and manufacturer hereby mutually obligate each other to the
Preservation of business and company secrets.
(2) They shall not forward any disclosed information in particular recipes of products,
‘production processes or contact information about suppliers of raw materials
\without the consent of the contractual partner and shall obligate employees within
their company to confidentiality
8) _ Furthermore, both parties are obligated 10 use all the knowledge obtained
within the scope of the contract and the contractual negotiations exclusively forthe
Achievement of the contractual purpose and, after termination of the contract, are
obligated not to use this knowledge - even in modified form - without the express
consent of the other.
(4) Violations against this agreement shall obligate the offending party to pay damages.
(3) This contract shall end 5 years after termination of the business relationship
between the client and the contractor.
