Paws N Meows Club is a pet sitting club where owners pets are temporarily taking care. This facility will be
established in electronic city. It is a full service pet care facility dedicated to consistently aiming to provide
high customer satisfaction by rendering excellent service, quality pet care, and furnishing a fun, clean,
enjoyable atmosphere at an acceptable price. We ensure to maintain a friendly creative work environment
which respect diversity, ideas, and hard work.

Nowadays pets are playing larger role in human’s life so Loving families with the active pets and busy animal
lovers are in search of better lives for their pets and peace of mind for themselves.

Paws N Meows Club is a pet care center established with the investment of Rs. 20,00,000, its starting
expenses is assumed to be Rs. 6,20,000 and its fixed assets would be 8,50,000. we offer our customer with
best quality of services and homely stay for their loved one’s. we provide wide range of services to your pet
including pet grooming, pet taxi, pet daycare, pet training, pet clinic, special event planing for your pet etc….
we assumed Rs. 98,000 and Rs. 1,97,000 as the two years profit. We have planned to increase our sales more
than the previous year by attracting new customers by providing the best services.

 Due to the trend of pet humanization, pet sitting is a trendy pet care services that is provided by the
market. Many pet owners have long working hours and they may not be able to take their pet for walking
for looking after their pets as they are busy. Therefore, pet owners would send their pets to pet sitting, in
order to keep your pet in good care during the separation between the pets and pet owners. We also
encourage pet adoption to every pet owners. We also take care of stray dog and quality and food and
environment. Our business atmosphere will be clean, friendly and upscale where customer will be
comfortable leaving their pets. We ensue that any pet under our custody are well taken care of and in the
pursuit of excellence and with uncompromising services.

Over a past decade, ownership of dogs, cats has increased multifold owning to rising disposable income
majorly in the middle - class bracket, rapid urbanization and rising in nuclear families. A pet care industry is
expanding and changing in global presence. It is because of the growth of population, trends inspired by pet
humanization as well as the evolving demand of pet care in developing and emerging markets. Pet refers to an
animal which is kept at home for pleasure and companionship rather than for food or working purpose.
Popular pets are often considered to have attractive appearances, intelligence and relate able personalities.
Two of the most popular pets are dogs and cats, the technical term for cat lover is an ailurohile and a dog
lover a cynophile.With emerging global trends, Indian people have adopting pets as their family members.
People attitude have changed toward pet and now they treat them as a part their family.

Currently there are 23 million dogs and 4 million cats as pets and their are more than 6,00,000 pet are
adopted every year. Pet provide their owners both physical and emotional benefits. Pets can give
companionship to people who are living alone or elderly adults who do not have adequate social interaction
with other people. Now People no longer refers to themselves as pet owners, but as “proud pet parents” or
“paw parents”.

Paws N Meows Club is a pet care facility catering to professionals who have disposable income and desire to
provide quality care for their pets while they are at work. Demand for pet services is determined primarily by pet
ownership trends, which are correlated with demographics including age and presence of children. Giving a pet
bath at home has been replaced with look good and feel good appointments by professional groomers at paws N
meows club. We provide your pet the best grooming services and make your pet look clean, beautiful and
amazing. We also provide many other services like day care, pet photography, grooming, etc. Ensuring the

Products

Pet products referred to the equipment for the pet, pet cleaning products, pet toys, pet accessories, pet medical
care products. Food bowl, water bowl, cage etc are essential equipment for pet to sleep, eat and drink for
maintaining the living. And collar and identity tag are the products which are used usually by dogs and cats for
easy identification. Pet toys and accessories are designed for pet’s entertainment and to increase the interaction
between pet owners and pet’s.

Pet Services

Paws N Meows offer upscale pet parents a place where they can leave their pets while their are at work, and
any weekend trips or any vacation. It aims to the meet the need of pet parents. It is grooming to offer varieties
of pet related services within the scope of pet grooming, pet sitting, pet training, photo suits etc.An interactive
camera is fixed which allows the pet owners to monitor their pets at home. Due to the pet humanization trend,
it inspires many humanized services in pet care center for instance pet grooming services, pet day care, photo
suits etc.. We also provide may other service such as,

Pet sitting

Pet sitting is a act where your pet is temporarily taken care by pet sitters for a given time frame. Pet parents
due to their busy schedule and often prolonged hours at work drastically reduce the time that could be sent on
pets. Our main intention starting Paws n Meows club is to provide a safe facility for owners of pets to keep
their pets whenever they are not in town, travelling or when they are busy at work.Our business atmosphere
will be clean, friendly and upscale where customers will be comfortable leaving their pets. Well offer
personal touch to your pet. Pet sitters offer a services which includes feeding, exercising, grooming,
provide company, monitoring health etc.. the secret to a well-behaved pets is making sure they have enough
appropriate mental and physical stimulation every day. Otherwise, they may find their own forms of
entertainment, such as figuring out how the cupboard door works or shredding your favorite shoes. So we are
providing a solution for this by having indoor play room for in our club.

The play room is designed in such a way that our pet is safe, comfortable, happier and entertained until you
get home. We offer various formats of sitting for pets, for instance, daily sitting, overnight sitting, pick up and
drop-off services for limited kms. Pet parents can leave their pet for as

long as necessary for 24 hours care and attention as our club is stayed open 24 hours a day and also provides

over night stay for your pets.we make sure that our pet is safe and will never be left unattended.

Pet grooming

For most of the pets, they are furry and requiring a regular cleaning and grooming routine, in order to keep
them staying in suitable hygienic condition. Grooming is crucial for a pet not just making them feel
comfortable and clean, but also a key factor in maintaining a healthy daily life. So our club provide owners pet
a professional groomer and let your pets to enjoy the grooming services. The typical grooming services are in a
package of bathing, hair cutting, brushing, tear stain cleaning, nail trimming, massage and spa treatment, also
includes boutiques etc… grooming service provided individually, it not must for having a full-services package
all the time. Pet parents can decide which services their pets are need with the advice of groomers. Pet owners
need to have an appointed for selected services like massage and spa treatment and for some grooming services
walk-in would also be accepted.

Pet training

Many people can’t imagine life without dogs. We admire and adore them for their loyalty, unconditional
affection, playful exuberance and zest for life. Nevertheless, dogs and people are very different animals.
Although officially “man’s best friend,” dogs have some innocent but irksome tendencies-like jumping up to
greet, barking, digging and chewing-that can make it downright difficult to live with them! To make the most
of your relationship with your dog, you need to teach her some important skills that will help her live
harmoniously in a human household. So we have come with a pet training center for your loved once’s.

and consequences to modify the dog behavior, either for it to assist in specific activities or undertake particular
tasks, or for it to participate effectively in contemporary domestic life. Dog training includes teaching a dog to
react to particular commands and cues as well as to act independently by deliberately changing their natural
behavior. Dogs have been trained to perform a large number of practical functions including search and rescue,
herding livestock, guarding, explosive or drug detection, disability assistance, dogs have also been trained to
perform recreational functions, including companionship, shooting assistance

crore pet dogs and cats. About 19 million others domestic pets are also currently kept in home. Annually,
about 6 lakh more are being adopted. The market is growing at 13.9 percent annually and will be worth
roughly $430 million or 278 crore and the pet care market is expected to grow at 14 percent and become $490
million market by 2022. Since last few years,India is experiencing double digit growth in its pet industry.
Increasing awareness about branded pet care products, change in lifestyle, rise in disposable income, along
with upsurge in the number of double income household has helped pet care market to grow considerably.

In addition to this, growing pet humanization, urbanization, rise in nuclear families, changing consumers
preference and changing perceptions towards pet and pet owners are driving the pet care industry. Demographic
change like delayed parenthood witnessed in most urban and newly married couple have made owing of pet as
an emotional stimulant nowadays. Pet accessories, grooming and health care growing rapidly into urban market.

is all of the dog owners in the metropolitan area and surrounding areas of the city. Professionals are looking
for help to care their pets in a loving playful daycare. There is a need to have pets cared for over long period of
time while their owners are away on business trip. This creates the need to provide a daily exercise and a
playful environment for their pets.They are working professional that need reliable, trusting and convenient
pet care available to them to keep up with the demands of their hectic schedule.

We believe that this is going to be 2/3 of the population, and we have a goal of gaining a 50% market share.
We have a target of a 20% yearly profit increase as the business continues. With 40% of total industry
revenue, people aged 30-40 are the age bracket spending the most on pet services. People aged 50-64 account

Paws N Meows club will focus on dual-income, traveling professional families with hectic schedules. Those
trying to strike a balance between the demands of their personal lives of their pets. Pet aren’t just part of the

environment that would mirror their home surroundings. Our most important group of customers are those
who do not have much time as they desire to invest in their pets and are welling to seek additional help

care industry, driven by strong pet food and pet care services sale advanced with a value CAGR of over 21%
during 2013-18. pet ownership of dogs and other pets in India has increased substantially over the past decade
owing to change in the urban lifestyle and rising number of nuclear families. This has helped pet care market
considerably. High growth growth potential has attracted more investments and many pet start ups like dogs

the pet stores compete based on prices, services, brand name, and store location. On the other hand external

photography, planning special events, pet sitting etc. Our main intention of starting our business is to provide

We also help our clients develop their pets capacity, capabilities and performance.

Place

In rural areas, animals tend to loose and often take care of themselves. As they have big spaces there might be
very few people who have a need for pet walking. And due to the similar reason there exist a lower need for
pet sitting. 44% of pet sitters primarily service suburban areas. Taking into consideration these this factors, so
both city areas and suburban areas need for pet care center.

Our business is located in electronic city where over a past few years, it has incredibly transformed itself into a
real estate and IT hub. This endless land had caught the attention of esteemed companies like Infosys, Wipro,
Biocon and many more who then, decided to start up their business. It consist of thousands of young and adult
population, eagerly travelling long distances to work in their dream companies. Also consist more number of
young adults who owe pets in their busy life. so it would be an advantage and creates more opportunity for
business to attract more customer to be successful in the market.

services, ambience, customer satisfaction etc.. we will establish our business offering as a clear and viable
alternative for our target market. As we target both upper and middle class people who owe pets we keep our

hours or the month for taking care of their pets.

 We use social media platform to advertise our business such as, Instagram, Facebook , Twitter,
YouTube, Google + et al to promote our brand.
 Advertise our business pet day care services and pet related business in our official website and
employ strategies that will help us pull traffic to the site.
 Advertise through newspapers, magazines and also will drop a mail to the registered pet owners.

Some Promotional activities are,

 Initially We offer discounts to pets parents for the period of two to three weeks in order attract
customers.
 We have concept of membership which consist of two plans, they are as following,

Membership 1 - We charge 100 per month for the period of one year once the period gets expired our
customer will be gifted with exciting mini gift hampers (one bow,100gms chew treat's, toys,

accessories etc..) if they are interested to continue we charge extra 150 per month to avail more exciting gift
hampers.

Membership 2 - We charge 300 per month for the two years, the customers with membership will have a
free service facility of grooming and styling (only for limited services which would vary every six months)
once in 6 months and we provide fee pet sitting service for any of three days according to customer referrers.

Our marketing strategy is a simple one, satisfied customers are our best marketing tool. When a customer

OPERSTIONS

To begin with, we will need a 3,000 sq ft land for the pet care center. We have located in electronic city ( phase
2 ) of residential areas that have maximum households with pets. Furnishing and additional construction in the
facility will cost INR 4.5-5 lakh. Setting up the play area will cost around INR 20,000-25,000. Add another
INR 60,000-70,000 on utility deposits, building the website, permits and other miscellaneous costs.
As for operational costs, rent of a 3000 sq ft land will be upwards of INR 1 lakh per month. Electricity and
water bills can amount to about INR 20,000 per month and grocery for dog’s food will be INR 7,000-10,000
per month. Next expense will be on marketing, which will cost INR 10,000-14,000 per month until we get
enough repeat customers. Our source of revenue will mainly be the fees charged to pet owners. Fees will
vary as per the type of services provided and age of pets.

Chief Executive Manager

 One manager is appointed to oversee and fill-in for all areas. Increases management’s
effectiveness by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining;
communicating values, strategies, and objectives; assigning account abilities; planning,
monitoring, and appraising job results; developing incentives; developing a climate for offering
information and opinions; providing educational opportunities.
 Responsible for providing direction for the business Creates, communicate, and implements the

 Responsible for signing checks and documents on behalf of the company

Front office

 Two or four front desk reception is appointed to greet customers, receive payments for
services/products, set appointments, answer phones, check-in pets, distribute wash your own
supplies and maintain files of clients with data entry.
 Answer phone calls, which involves answering questions and screening and scheduling

 One or two people are employed as in house play room supervisor. They will feed and water
pets, keep area clean, walk and exercise, collect pets at check-out time. Two will be on staff full
time and two will work part time.

Pet groomer

 One or two pet groomer is appointed to perform various grooming duties necessary to improve
pets’ hygiene and enhance their physical appearance.
 Styling with scissors.
 Shampooing and drying, using specialist hairdryers or drying cabinets.
 Brushing or combing to get rid of tangles.
 Trimming a dog into the right shape for its breed, using electric clippers or a stripping knife.
 Pet groomers need to take special care when clipping; for dogs, this is especially important
around the face, legs and paws. Grooming dogs may sometimes involve clipping a dog;s claws,
cleaning its ears or teeth and treating parasites.

Pet sitter

 Two or three pet sitter is appointed to supervise cats, dogs, and other pets while their owners are
away.
 Providing food and water, grooming, taking pets to vet appointments, administering medicine,
taking dogs out for a walk, and providing companionship.
 Pet sitters are responsible for all basic animal care while their clients are on vacation or traveling
