In each meeting, one of the technical experts may be invited / consulted on DPR and allied issues in the PATSC. In CoVID times, if it is not possible to invite the Consultant personally, then the relevant PATSC details may be shared with him on-line and his comments may be obtained. 3. The following panel of Independent Technical Experts is constituted:- I Shri Ashok Wasson, Ex Member, NHAI, MoRTH Il Shri SK Manwah, retired ADG, MoRTH ll.
