We would like to let you know that the Advance ROTC Officers and the ROTC Class
Officers (freshmen) of Sibugay Technical Institute Incorporated (STII) will be having
their simple but memorable joint ceremony: Graduation of the Basic Officer Class 01–
2022; Commissioning, Promotion, Donning of Ranks/Insignias, and induction of
the ROTC Class Officers CY 2022–2023. Its primary goal is to recognize the
camaraderie and unity that the officers and men have shown over the past year and to
get to know each other better in a fun and enjoyable setting on November 26, 2022, at
the STII Gymnasium, Lower Taway, Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay Province.

In view of the foregoing, we have chosen you as one of our sponsors to provide dinner
during the aforementioned social gathering that would boost the morale and welfare of
