This is to inform your good office that our College will conduct a two-day Sports Fest on November 28
and 29, 2022. The objectives of the activity are the following:
1. To further enhance the values and sportsmanship;
2. To strengthen camaraderie among the students, and
3. To develop dynamic leadership among the officers of the various students amidst in compliance
to existing college policies along decorum, health protocols and wellness.

In lieu of this, may we request for your approval in borrowing the following pieces of sports equipment
which will be needed for the above-related Sports Fest.
