Activity Proposal

Title: Junior and Senior’s Social Night 2024

Date: March 23, 2024

Rationale

One of the best things to do for the school year is to have an event that everyone will look forward to and will
present some closure from the challenges and pressures that they have undergone throughout the year by
appreciating all the achievements and accomplishments in both academic and extracurricular activities.

As a student, we believe that there is no more memorable way to celebrate everyone’s victory than having a
Student’s Social Night which we propose to happen on March 23, 2024, Saturday, from 4:00 P.M. to 7:00
P.M with the theme Strengthening The Camaraderie Among Kahsians Students Through Socializing With
Others. Indeed, having this celebration of success will prize the students even more for their graft in pursuing
highly commendable effort for learning.
Objectives

 To celebrate the Senior High School, Grade 10 and the Grade 9 students’ successful year of completion
and accomplishments;
 To realize how they have grown this year in terms of what they have learned, what they can do, and the

 Students are asked to contribute an amount of 400 pesos for the expenses of the activity such as foods,
