ACTIVITY DESIGN
CONDUCT OF GRADUATION ACTIVITY
I. Rationale
In response to the current situation regarding the COVID – 19, it was agreed with the
parents and teachers that distribution of medals, ribbons, and certificates of the graduates and
completers for the supposed to be graduation program will be conducted house to house. This
activity will comply and observes all guidelines and health protocols such as physical distancing,
wearing of face mask.
II. Objectives
1. To be able safely deliver medals, ribbons, and certificates of the graduates and
completers; and
2. To come up with virtual graduation.
III. Expected Date and Participants
Date: July 16, 2021
Venue: House to House (Barangay Sapid & Barangay Tabio Area)

IV. Procedures
1. The faculty and staff will distribute the medals, ribbons, and certificates of the
graduates and completers to their respective houses.
2. Picture taking will be assisted by the teachers in charge in the cluster.
3. All actions to be done should be taken into consideration and follow health and safety
protocols.
