Greetings in the name of Leadership Excellence!

The Philippine Association of Practitioners of Student Affairs and Services - Region V, in

cooperation with Ateneo de Naga University, will be hosting the 1st Bicol Young Leaders
Summit 2023 with the theme of “Forging new frontiers in an ever-dynamic World” on January
20 & 21, 2023 at the Alingal Multi-purpose Hall, Ateneo de Naga University. This will be a
(2) two-day regional leadership training program which will be participated in by various student
leaders across the whole Bicol Region. With our community as the home of good governance
and transformational leadership, having produced notable leaders and figureheads across the
country, it is the intention of this summit to nurture a new generation of student leaders who will
continue the culture of good governance, leadership excellence, and service in their respective
fields.
We will be opening 150 slots for student leader-participants on a first-come, first-served basis.
The registration of participants shall be facilitated via a Google form, which will be attached to
the official Bicol Young Leaders’ Summit 2023 Facebook Page and PAPSAS Region 5 Chapter
Facebook Page.
In this regard, we would like to kindly invite your University/College’s student leaders to take part
in the Bicol Young Leaders’ Summit.
● The registration fee for live-out participants will be Php 1,800.00 only inclusive of
Meals and Snacks for 2 days, Bicol Young Leaders Summit Shirt, Lanyard, Journal
Booklet, and Official Certificate of Participation.
● The registration fee for stay-in participants will be Php 2,400.00 only inclusive of
Meals and Snacks for 2 days, Bicol Young Leaders Summit Shirt, Lanyard, Journal
Booklet, Official Certificate of Participation, in-campus accommodation, and additional
meals and breakfast.

Steps to register for the Bicol Young Leaders’ Summit 2023:
1. Fill-out the Phase 1 Google registration form attached herein

leaders/institutions may reserve the number of slots they are going to avail for the Bicol
Young Leaders Summit 2023. The institution/participant may kindly indicate whether they
will be choosing the stay-in or live-out package. Please take note that by filling-out this
registration link, the participant or institution is binding themselves to pay the
corresponding registration fee.
2. Wait for the confirmation email with respect to the number of granted slots from the Bicol
Young Leaders’ Summit Official Gmail Account: bicolyoungleaders2022@gmail.com
3. Pay the appropriate registration fee under the Account of Ateneo de Naga University

For Student companions/Faculty/Staff/Moderators/Directors they will have to pay the registration
fee depending on the chosen package. The same process for registration shall be followed.
