VI. RATIONALE:
Scouting makes children be aware of their responsibilities as member and leader of the
school community and the country so they may play a constructive role in the society as
responsible citizens and members of their communities. BSP encampment will bring into
their lives the reality and the wonders of scouting and realized the scouting major
objectives.
The participants to this District Camp are the registered Boy Scouts and Adult Leaders
of Bacon East District. There will be a camp registration of P25.00 each participant to defray
expenses for training materials, awards, certificates, snacks of facilitators, and other
expenses along the activity.
VII. OBJECTIVES:
General: The 2022 KAB District Camp aims to provide a progressive, safe and enjoyable
learning environment for the Scouts and Scouters in order to enhance their physical, social,
mental, emotional, and spiritual potentials.
Specific:
1. Promote the highest quality of scouting that is faithful to the mission, principle and
methods of Scouting.
2. Develop core life skills and 21st century leadership capabilities through team
building, cooperative learning, group dynamics, creative problem solving and
decision making.
3. Undergo projects, programs and activities that will cater to the fulfilment of the
requirements of selected merit badges and scout ranks under the advancement
schemes.
