PROJECT PROPOSAL

A. PROJECT CONTEXT

Title: Batang busog…... Malusog

Description of the Project:

Learners with poor health condition have higher probability of school failure,
grade retention and dropout. Health and Nutrition of the learners has a huge impact
with their progress relevant to their academic performance. Innocence on the health
and nutrition of the learners might have an effect with their academic performance.
Through distribution of nutritional packs.

PROJECT OBJECTIVE/S:

To provide adequate nutrition to severely wasted nutritional status of the pupils

as they are the direct recipients of this project.

Length of Project:

Whole Year Round (implementing School-Based Feeding Program through

nutripacks and fresh milk)

Expected Outputs:

a. To decrease the severely wasted and wasted pupils from Kinder to

Grade 6 to 70 % to 80% in 3 years.
b. Learners have interest in participating the School-Based Feeding
Program especially the Severely Wasted and Wasted Pupils
c. Continuous implementation of the gulayan sa tahanan and gulayan
sa paaralan.
