Dr. Maroja R. Belisario, Compostela East Public Schools District Supervisor of

Davao de Oro, epitomizes strength, wisdom and innovativeness having 4 decades of
experience in education.
With the difficulties brought on by the educational landscape's ongoing change, she
has prioritized the academic wellness of students by building a community where young
minds are successfully nourished with knowledge while being consistently encouraged and
supported.
Her strong leadership propelled Gabi Elementary School, her former station, to greater
heights with successful implementation of Brigada Eskwela and Tobacco Prevention and
Control activities. GES claimed the highest honors in both competitions winning the Best
Implementing School and Red Orchid Award respectively.
She is an avowed problem solver with her experience in addressing numerous issues
throughout her career. Indeed, our nominee is an embodiment of great leadership through
her exemplary supervision and commendable performance.

 Awarded as the Champion Elementary Brigada Eskwela Plus _ Large

Category (National Level) for Gabi Elementary School.
 Supervised the operations of Central Kitchens (Kusina ng Kalinga) in the
Province of Davao De Oro (Awarded by Central Office)
 Awarded by the National Historical Commission of the Philippines for the
renaming of Gabi Elementary School to Gabi Central Elementary School.
 Commended through a Municipal Resolution as part of the Outstanding
Performance of the students of Compostela National High School in the
National Robotics Creative Category (Champion).
