    2. Degree
    A. Bachelor (Completed at least 75%)
    B. Associate (Completed at least 50%)
    3. At least 18 years old at the time of internship
    4. Passed the pre-practicum or internship requirements of the
    university (certificate of eligibility from the registrar)
    5. Good academic standing as certified by the dean or program
    chairperson
    6. Physically, Psychologically and emotionally fit ( medical
    certificate)
    7.Aticulate in English
