The inspection report/(s) generated by the User through this App is intended as an aid to perform the generalized estimate of valuation based on universally
accepted parameters across the industry. It is not intended to qualify the valuation report which is generated through the App as professional valuation or
consulting advice for variety of conditions or abnormalities present in individual vehicles. It is also not intended to use this as a substitute for detailed personal
inspection on case to case basis (if required), nor does it replace the need for services provided by registered professional valuers. App generates a report
based on the observations made through the virtual inspections conducted through this App which is on "AS IS" and "as available", without warranties of any
kind, either express or implied. The user understands and accepts the responsibility of the physical and technical condition of the vehicle and has captured the
information after checking the condition of the vehicle thoroughly and to the best of his knowledge.
As there is no standard price list for pre-owned / used vehicles, the vehicle valuation indicated in the report is the general opinion on the market value of the
vehicle at the time of valuation, based on our standard valuation methodology and procedures as set in the App. Actual realization may differ from the valuation
indicated in the report and Autoinspekt (including its directors and employees) will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, consequential resulting from use of
this report. It is assumed that the genuineness of the title documents of the vehicle has been verified and confirmed by the User and the opinion report so
generated will only be based on the condition of the vehicle at the time of self-valuation by the User.
The User understands and acknowledges that the inspections consist only of a visual and not any technical examination of the vehicle/(s) involved. All findings
are based solely on visual observations of the User which is captured through the App at the time of carrying out the self- inspection. The owner of the App
does not assume any responsibility or risk whatsoever for User’s actions or inactions while using the App. The valuation report generated through the App is to
be used stated legal purpose only. Owners of the App shall not be held liable for any loss or liability sustained by any User or a third party upon relying on the
said valuation Report, neither they shall be responsible for any subsequent tampering or alteration in the said report. All other rights not expressly mentioned
therein, including intellectual property rights are reserved by the owners of this App.
