attested by the Civil Service Commission of those
assigned/designated as EMS responders in your respective AOR.
b. Certification of Duties and Responsibilities of the incumbents of the
position; and

systematic policies/guidelines on correspondence used by the Bureau of Fire
Protection (BFP) offices nationwide.
