2. ICOW the above references, attached herewith are the corrected soft copies of
Fire Code Revenue Reconciliation Statements for FY 2017 from the Regional
Accounting Office.

3. Further, you are hereby directed to submit corrected Reconciliation Statements

in THREE (3) hard copies, LONG SIZED BOND PAPER to this office, ATTN:
FINANCE Section NLT 16 1200H October 2018.

4. Station whose personnel fail to comply shall be dealt with accordingly.
