- first, you need to have some capital enough to set up a new office abroad. Then, you need to find the
location for your office which is comfortable for services that your office brings

The environment are clean. Every morning I can walk on the fields or along the river to enjoy my perfect day

- Second, life in the countryside is cheaper than that in the city. You can save a lot of money from living in the
countryside.

- third, the people in the countryside are more friendly and connect to the other. Every afternoon,  I can have a
short conversation with my neighbours, share foods with them, our kids can play together happily.

- Finally, in the countryside I have many space, which helps me relax after my work or even prevents me from
stress.

- I gonna talk about a company which the subject is specialized in doing business on manufacture of other food
product

- It’s Trung Nguyen Group Corporation-founded in 1996 in Buon Ma Thuot,Dak Lak Province

+Firstly, I wanna tell you about its main activities.Trung Nguyen is a Vietnamese Corporation engaged in the
production, processing and distribution of coffee, designing and developing production lines

+  Secondly, Trung Nguyen is the largest domestic coffee brand within Viet Nam, and exports its products to
more than 60 countries. It currently has a network of nearly 1,000 franchise  cafes nationwide and 8 overseas
such as: USA, Japan, Singapore,…

+ Trung Nguyen has two famous products and those products always have great sales: Roasted Coffee with

amusement park, hotel, commerce, oil and sports.

- Lotte also owns two baseball teams

-Nowaday, Lotte is the largest confectionery manufacturer in Korea, and the third largest in Japan  in terms of
sales if the confectionery business alone is taken into account.

   - Today , i wanna tell you something about a business woman that I admire and inspires me a lot. She is
Nguyen Thi Phuomg Thao

   - As you know , Mrs.Phuong Thao is responsible for many important positions lịke the General Director of
VietJet Air , Standing Vice Chairman of Board of directors of HDBank…..

   - Let’s I explain the reason why I admire her :

            + Firstly , she entered the business when she was very young. She traded everything from electronics to
agricultural products

            + Secondly , according to Bloomberg news , Mrs Phuong Thao earned her first 1 million USD when she
was only 21 years old by selling fax machines and rubber plastic.

            + The last , nearly 25 years later , she emerged as a Vietnam’s first female billionaire . I’m impressed by
her saying that “ It is not technology that changes the world , it is people’s dreams that change the world”

6. Image you are doing the job that ideal for you. Explain your job

- Im gonna talk about my job that ideal for me. It’s auditing .

- As I introduced below , I’m currently studying at the university  and my major is auditing.

- Let’s me tell you something about it :

+  Do you know what the audit is ? As my knowledge , the job of auditing is to check and verify the truthfulness
of  those financial statements , thereby helping to provide the most accurate information about the financial
position of that organization .

+ Beside that ,it is also consulting for managers by pointing out mistakes and suggesting measures to
overcome, helping companies operate more effectively.

+ There are 3 types of auditing : State Audit , Independent Audit , Internal Audit .

+ If you're good, you can work for one of the four largest auditing firms in the world: E&Y, KPMG, PwC and
Deloitte. That’s also my dream to become a member of that four largest firms .

A : Yes, of course. Fashion has brought me many benefits. The first is to help me feel more confident when I
