in the our capital city- Kyiv. In recent years a considerably higher proportion of new housing has been in the
form of flats and block of flats have now become a common feature of the urban scene. Most of the
residential areas and housing estates have been built on the outskirts of towns and cities, well away from the
industrial estates with their factory buildings, warehouses, power stations and railway sidings, and also at a
considerable distance from the town or city centres.

People , who prefer urban life combined with rural one choose this variant of dwelling.

Frankly speaking, monotonous and depressing houses are not so popular in our days. That’s why dwellers
are searching for decent houses, which will be full of serenity.

So , there are some tips to find the house of your dream:

First of all, you need to choose a type of housing . It doesn’t matter if it is detached or terraced house or even
a bungalow.

Secondly, you need to decide whether you buy a house on a mortgage , hire purchase or just rent an
apartment.

Thirdly, you and your real estate agent search for the best one.

Then, you draw up a contract with landlords, bring in a down payment and become a homeowner.

But also, you should be careful and read the terms of the contract. It will help you to avoid the house frauds.
