The Phrase “win the morning, win the day” it's a mantra popularised by the US productivity guru which has become popular in motivational circles. His own morning rituals include making his bed and journaling; for the mentioned group, it’s more about walking, talking, stretching, then having coffee and more chat afterwards. on a good day, about 30 people meet each Friday at SOR GOEpRE MaRpEHIFG, for atwo- mile walk alon, “it has changed my life,” says one man, who has been coming since the group started. He says meeting strangers, and the welcoming atmosphere, has allowed him to open up about his mental health and seek some help. Another woman mentiones that "she used to sleep for 10, 11 hours and says. 'm quoting, ‘There is a clear sense of accomplishment — it’s good to know you have done something healthy (the walk, the socialising, before most people are out of bed. It's an amazing feeling to realise that your day started superproductive, while the day of most of the people probably haven't started at all yet; and the knowledge that whatever happens during the rest of the day, at least that has been achieved. My question to you is: Would you like to join a group like that? personaly, would like to try it, but me and waking up early it's not really a successful combination...
