HISTORY
History of Biodiesel: Rudolph Diesel himself developed biodiesel in 1890, wherein pure vegetable oils
were used in diesel engines for agriculture, where petroleumdiesel was not available. Modern
biodiesel fuel is an outcome of research conducted in 1930s in Belgium, which is made by converting
vegetable oils into compounds called fattyacid methyl esters. Process of transesterification was used
to convert vegetable oils into fatty acid alkyl esters and use as diesel fuel replacement with lower
viscosity of vegetableoil. Biodiesel is the trade name of fatty acid methyl esters. Concerns over
environment, energy security and use of agro products brought the use of vegetable oils to the
forefront.
Biodiesel industry became house hold name in U.S. after terrorist attack of 9/11/2001,
resulting in high oil prices. Biodiesel is being used Worldwide now, due to concerns over Global
warming. The future of biodiesel lies in the world’s ability to producerenewable feedstocks such as
vegetable oils and fats to keep the cost of biodiesel competitive with petroleum.

SUPPLY / DELIVERY TIME / PAYMENT TERMS 2022

Supply / Delivery Period :- 90 Days work complete

• Fabrication drawing will submit for approval with 7 days from the date of receipt of P.O. and
advance payment.
• The Material shall be supplied in 25 days after approval of drawing and payment against the same
• Erection can be completed within 20 days subject to clear front availability at site.
• Sheeting can be completed within 15 weeks subject to clear front availability at site.
• Above schedule is based on cleared commercials, civil support and site clearance, any delays on
account of prescribed factors would automatically enhance the schedule accordingly.

• Material payment advance with Performa invoice

Erection Terms
• 50 % advance.
• 40% Running work
• 10% after work complete .

Entry Tax / Octroi:

The price given does not include element of entry tax and Octroi as and if applicable in the state will
be extra over and above price given.

Client Scope
• Purchaser will have to provide single point three phase power supply and single tapping point
water for erection free of cost.
• Providing sufficient space near the building designated exclusively for unloading, storage,
painting works and a suitably covered store for insulation.
• Unloading , Hydra & Crane is Purchaser’s scope.
• Providing space for labor hutments near to the site.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS 2022

PAYMENT TERMS

• 50% in advance
• 25% after 30 days from the first payment 15% after 30 days from second payment
• 10% against delivery.

NOTE:
LABOURERS WILL BE PROVIDED BY US BUT COMMISIONING AND TRANSPORTATION COST OF THE
LABOURER WILL BE BORNE BY YOU WHICH ALSO INCLUDES FOOD AND STAY OF LABOURERS.
18% GST will be applied on the quotation given separately.
Loading responsibility will taken by us but transportation and unloading cost will be borne by you.
Main Internal wiring connection cost will not be borne by us.
This quotation is valid only for 30 days from the day given.
Any changes in the government policies may vary the pricing of the quotation.
