Main Features
Ÿ With constant current LED driver inside it and output efficiency is up to 91%-96%.
Ÿ Via an infrared remote control to read and send parameters data to/from ML series solar
controller
Ÿ Four periods time with dimming value and morning mode time are available to setting
Ÿ Utilize SOC to exactly calculate the state of battery charging and discharging that can
efficiently extend the battery life.
Ÿ It is with over-charge, over discharge, electronic short circuit and overload protection and
LED open circuit and short-circuit protection, which will not damage any other parts.
Ÿ It adopts MPPT charging mode that 10%-20% higher than PWM charging to extend
system’s working time. Also it has temperature compensation function.
Ÿ Visual LED indicators display shows solar panel/battery/led light working status.
Ÿ All controllers are used industrial chips (only with I industrial-grade controller), can be
regularly working in cold, hot, humid environment. At the same time, controllers are
adopted the crystal oscillator to precisely timing control.
Ÿ Using high heat conducting silicon, with protection of IP68.

 Connecting Steps
This section provides a brief overview of how to get started using the controller. However,
please review the entire manual to ensure best
1. Mount the controller to a vertical surface. Allow space above and below The controller for
air flow.
2. Make sure the PV and load currents will not exceed the rating of the controller being
installed.
3. Firmly fixed to the controller, mounting holes as shown on Controller Dimension please
check.

Connecting Order: LED wires → Battery wires → Panel wires

1. Connected Load wires, pls note that + and - poles, in case to break out LED lights
2. Connect the Battery terminals to the controller, pls note the + and - poles, do not reverse.
If properly connected, the indicator should turn on. Otherwise, need to check if it is
connected rightly.
3. Connect solar panel wires. Pay attention to + and - poles, do not reverse. If there is
sunshine, indicator should be green on. (Note: pls connect Panel+ pole to controller S+
pole and tie with electric tape. Then connect the Panel- pole)
4. Use the remote control to send data to solar controller.
a. In day, LED light will turns on for 5 seconds
b. At night, LED light will turns on for 20 seconds
If not, please check if connecting the whole system rightly; or users don’t send the data to
controller successfully.

 Langkah-langkah Pemasangan
Lampu Jalan MORADON, Panel Surya & Baterai

Langkah 1
Langkah pertama, cek kondisi baterai. Jangan
sampai terbalik plus dan minusnya.

Langkah 2
Langkah kedua, sambungkan konektor baterai
dengan lampu terlebih dahulu (sesuai petunjuk
arah panah).

Langkah 3
Langkah ketiga, pastikan min/plus panel surya sudah
sesuai.

Langkah 4
Langkah keempat, sambungkan konektor panel surya
ke baterai. Jika sudah sesuai dengan langkah-langkah
berikut, lampu siap digunakan.
