II. Conclusion
Upon our visit to the PNP, we have learn about their Official Book which is a written
record of arrests and other occurrences maintained by the police. We saw a blue and pink
blotter, the blue contains the daily register of all crime incident reports, official summary of
arrests and other significant events/activities reported in the police station. The pink is a
police record of cases involving women and children. The importance of a police blotter is can
used it as a future reference, it will provide useful detail and can serve as an important piece
of evidence in a case.
