The Science of Meditation

Because today is the day of the big Buddha Therefore, I would like to note about "scientific
meditation" that the journey to this point was not too difficult. when we have true determination
All of these are mixed theories that I have studied for the past 4 years because there are important
factors from diet and exercise to support as well.

if compared to the destination of peaceful happiness is the mountain top There are different ways
to get to the top of the mountain. If one is going to walk up the stairs or climb a mountain, it
depends on each person's faith and learning process. After I practiced meditation with Luang Pho
Wimok at the Young Buddhist Association and saw the impermanence of the opened third eye, later
I studied "scientific meditation" by turning the brainwave frequency down. With sound or music
capable of changing the #Brainwave level, the music* should be of a specific frequency in the #Theta
band of 4-8 Hz.

♡ able to connect with the subconscious mind

♡ have a calm mind

♡ The body secretes a substance of happiness. which has (not all of them ejaculate at the same
time depending on the context)
