The existing HSP scheme is now broken down into two parts.

(A) those HSPs who are taking 75NV plus 25HU and more for the period Mar-22 to Sep-22 and,
(B) those HSPs who are taking less than 75NV + 25HU for the period Mar-22 to Sep-22.
 
While the existing scheme will continue for case (A) the following new scheme will be
applicable for case (B)
 
 One Amazon Gift voucher for lifting 35NV and 15HU for the period Mar-22 to Sep-22.
 Mandatory Qualification: A Humsafar Partner in this scheme (Scheme-B) must
purchase at least (a) 3 VEH or NV batteries OR (b) 10 MC batteries in every month
starting from Mar-22 till Sep-22 to become eligible for this offer.
 Those who are lifting 75NV+25HU and more in the 7 months period will not be eligible
to participate in this scheme (b).
 All other terms and conditions will remain same as the earlier scheme which is
written below.
 
Terms and Conditions
 Scheme Period: 1st Mar-22 to 30th Sep-22 for registered Exide Humsafar Partners
purchasing Exide Inverter Batteries and HUPS Systems from their authorized Exide Dealer.
Only purchases captured on the Tally-Arteria platform will be considered.
 Mandatory Qualification for Scheme-A: A Humsafar Partner must purchase at least (a)
5 VEH or NV batteries OR (b) 20 MC batteries in every month starting from Mar-22
till Sep-22 to become eligible for this offer. Only purchases captured on the Tally-Arteria
platform will be considered.
 DLite400 combo is excluded from this offer.
 The qualification is applicable only for taking prescribed number of batteries and inverters
for a particular trip. There will be no interchange between inverters and batteries.
 Multiple tickets/items can be had for multiple combination of the prescribed batteries and
inverters.
 Granting of VISA is sole responsibility of destination country. Exide will not be responsible
if any one is not granted VISA by the destination country.
 The tickets for the trips are not transferrable. This can only be utilised by
the Humsafar Partner, his immediate family members or employees working with
the Humsafar.
 No request for Credit Notes or Free Batteries in lieu of Trips will be entertained.
 Should any exigencies come due to Covid-19, War, or any other calamities where foreign
tours to all or selected countries are restricted, Exide reserves the right to change the
destination to an equivalent one or convert this into any other equivalent offer.
 If a New Humsafar gets registered after March-22, he will be eligible to participate in the
FTS if and only if (a) he fulfils monthly APM criterion from the month of induction till Sep-
22 and (b) achieves the overall slabs for the Scheme/FTS.
