TERMS & CONDITIONS - TIMES PRIME SCHEME ON AUCTION & PROCUREMENT

Eligibility criteria of the Scheme:

a. A customer (“Customer”) can avail this scheme (“Scheme”) for only one used car during the
Scheme Period (as defined below).
b. The Scheme will be offered by Sobek Auto India Private Limited (“OLX Autos”) only to select
Customers.
c. Validity - The Scheme is valid for a limited period only (“Scheme Period”) and will be rolled
out in a phased manner.
d. Coverage - Across all cities within India. Olx Autos reserves the right to change, alter, modify,
stop, cancel or withdraw the Scheme even during the Scheme Period at its sole discretion.
e. Eligibility - To become eligible, the used car should be (i) free from any legal encumbrances,
(ii) non-commercial, (iii) non-accidental, (iv) not flooded, and, (v) valuably resellable.
f. The scheme is applicable on the car resale value given post inspection by OLX Autos or at the
time of resale to OLX Autos, which will be decided at the sole discretion of OLX Autos and
may change from time to time during the Scheme Period.
g. OLX Autos will at its sole discretion determine whether a used car is eligible under the
Scheme and validate necessary documentation.

Benefits under the scheme:

The eligible Customer will receive Scheme benefits as mentioned below:
a. Inspection by OLX Autos - If an eligible used car is inspected by OLX Autos, the Customer will
receive a Times Prime Lite membership free of charge. The membership will be subject to
the terms and conditions provided therein.
b. Sale to OLX Autos - If an eligible used car is purchased by OLX Autos, the Customer will
receive a Times Prime Annual membership free of charge. The membership will be subject to
the terms and conditions provided therein.
c. The membership will be issued by Times Prime in the form of redeemable online coupon
codes to the Customer.

Further terms and conditions:

a. The Customer cannot transfer the online coupon code and membership.
b. The online coupon code must be redeemed within 30 (thirty) days post receipt of the code
(including the date of receipt) from OLX Autos.
c. Times Prime will independently fulfill the membership and be solely responsible for all
matters therefrom. All memberships are subject to the terms and conditions mentioned at
https://www.timesprime.com/terms-and-conditions.
d. Each membership will start from the date of coupon code redemption by the Customer.
e. In case of any issues related to the redemption of the online coupon code, the Customer will
contact support@timesprime.com
f. If the Customer is an existing Times Prime member, then a new membership will be added
to his/her account which will begin after the current membership expires.
g. Times Prime on behalf of OLX Autos reserves the right to terminate, modify, extend the
timelines and features, at any time only upon providing prior written intimation to the
Customer. Times Prime and OLX Autos undertake that at any time such modification/
termination/extension will not affect the perceived value of each original offering to the
Customer.
