APPOINTED and CONSTITUTED, MAYLEN C. MAGDASAL or ARDILYN VALDEVIESO, of
legal age, Filipino citizen, with address at 252 Sen. Gil Puyat Avenue Makati City, as my true and legal
representative and attorney-in-fact to act for and in my name and stead and perform the following acts
and deeds, to wit:

1. To transact and Negotiate the Globe Prepaid Sim Card on my behalf;

2. To perform at any act, sign or deliver any document, and to perform such other matters as
required and may aid unto the prompt consummation of foregoing authority;

deem it necessary for the attainment of the aforementioned purposes.
