AFFIDAVIT OF ECONOMIC STATUS

WE, ERNESTO R. MALABANAN and ZENAIDA T. MALABANAN, of legal

age, Filipino, and with residence and postal address at San Juan Malvar,
Batangas, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with the law, do
hereby depose and state:

1. That I am in the course of applying for Green Card in Makati

Medical Center, and in lieu to that, I was required to submit this
affidavit of Economic Status;

2. That I hereby state under oath that we are farm laborer with
monthly income of P3,000.00;

3. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the

foregoing facts and for whatever legal intents and purposes it
may deem serve.
