AFFIDAVIT

I, MAXIMO DELEGIOSO, Filipino, of legal age, and a resident of General Santos

City, after being sworn in accordance with law, hereby depose and state: THAT—

1. I am the Authorized Representative of XYZ in processing the Titling with the

Registry of Deeds;

2. RII is the absolute and registered owner of a parcel of land situated in General
Santos City, covered Transfer Certificate of Title No. 146-234112 and specifically
described as Lot No. 3, Block No. 15, Survey Plan No. Psd-178932-897621, which
survey plan was duly approved by the DENR on June 1, 2019;

3. Upon evaluation, XYZ found discrepancy/inaccuracies between the title versus

the approved survey plan;

4. The discrepancy/inaccuracies pertain to the Technical Description as written on

the said TCT showing that Line 2-3 Bearing SE Lot 23, Blk 15, Psd-178932-897621
INSTEAD of Line 2-3 Bearing SE Road Lot 11, Psd-178932-897621 described

5. This Affidavit of Correction is being executed for the proper annotation of the
