Rizal was added by choosing a surname to be added, it was disapproved but still Rizal used it.

Teodora Alonzo is gifted with intelligence, studied at Sta Rosa. Francisco Mercado is 43 when Rizal
was born. He is serious and noble, studied at Collegio De San Jose.

Detention of Teodora

A wealthy cousin of Teodora, went home in the Philippines and his family was abandoned. As
catholic devotee, Teodora advise them to continue their family relationship. They were both accused
by the wife of poisoning her. They made Teodora to walk barefoot. She was detained and confess
what they want to confess. Because of the threat she submitted just to see her family.

Paciano enrolled Jose at Ateneo Municipal. He use the surname Rizal here. Jose can't speak Spanish
but he can understand it. Jose can't visit his imprisoned mother but he sneak out to see her. During
his 1st year in Manila, he achieved the highest designation. He start at 13 y.o when he won prizes
and medals in all subjects except Spanish.

Segunda Katimbak, 14 the 1st love of Rizal. Segunda broke with her fiance and love Rizal. Jose met
Leonor Rivera when they visit Antonio Rivera. They were cousins. She has a fair skin with light brown
hair and pleasing voice.

When he was 4th year he became an intern at the city, when he enter college. Francisco Sanchez he
gives a special mention to this Father. He acknowledges Rizal and helped him to learn Math, Greek,
