1. How long have you been using Canva//Picsart? What was the reason /what prompted you to
start using this product?

I started using canva 5years ago and PicsArt 3years ago.

The reason being that i need an app to help with my business advert and also to help in social
media/digital marketing of program and events in my organization

Everything is going digital and to get more conversion or engagement i need something that's
cashy and appealing to the internet users

2. How often do you use this product or What is the frequency of use?

I do use canva mostly for my adverts almost at every months for different advert and i do use
PicsArt for personal/group pics editing almost on weekly basis for views generation and
engagement

Purpose is to get more engagement and that will lead to increase in revenue for my business

Long Video , i do use video converter apps for such

3. Can you describe to us the whole process of completing a work? Including the whole process
of idea generation, conception, editing, release, etc.

I first draft what platform i want to market or engage then go to my canva/PicsArt and look for
the template that goes with the platform then explore the design that i think will serve my
purpose, if i want to advertise or post on my Instagram, i search for Instagram template on my
canca/PicsArt app and search for the template that will be less stressful to edit and gives more
engagement. After editing my pics with PicsArt and adding to Canva template, i edit the words on
the template also and input my article or write up, then check out the design with
colleagues(occasionally) to conclude and save then post to the platform
4. Where do you usually get your inspiration from?

I get inspiration from others work that challenges mine, especially sponsored advert
design/artwork. Each time i see something better in design compared to mine i go back to my
canva/PicsArt app to try something better, for instance the first background change and image
accurate cropping i did was inspired by an online influencer who describe how he did it with the
app(PicsArt)

Online advert conversion, they help me get more engagement and revenue in the process

Previous using adobe and some other apps like poster maker, picmix

No disadvantage so far, the experience has been wonderful

I get more editing feature and also more detailed template for my search projects

■ Why not pay? Currently using my features to the fullest and would definitely like to pay for
more features to be added and access for great outcome but there are lots of expenses as an
entrepreneur
