1. How long have you been using Canva//Picsart? What was the reason /what prompted you to
start using this product?
I have been using canva and picsArt for 3years. The reason I used it is because a friend referred
me to use it because of its amazing and magical tools to edit products.

2. How often do you use this product or What is the frequency of use?
I use thus product more than 3 times a week.

Use purpose & scene

1. What is your purpose of using this product?
I use the product to ensure my pictures, logos and templates look good and it allows me to use
more tools that make things look good.

Creating logos, invitation cards, wedding cards, magazine covers, posters, flyers and headlines.

3. Can you describe to us the whole process of completing a work? Including the whole process
of idea generation, conception, editing, release, etc.
I usually open my canva or pic art, I try to look for filters that fits my work, I chose tools to use,
add content to the work, and when I’m satisfied that its okay I save it to gallery for use.
4. Where do you usually get your inspiration from? The products themselves are an inspiration,
my friend always did edit his pictures and works well, he can make good presentations using
canva. He inspired me to always use the product.

Product experience
1. Can you describe how you usually use Canva//Picsart to complete a work?
I always put my content ready like pictures editted by picarts and the after opening canva, I
always import them wnd use them to make my work look amazing.
2. What problem do you think Canva//Picsart can help you solve? Sometimes the canva hungs, I
don’t know if it’s the compatibility with the phone.
3. How did you complete a work before using Canva//Picsart? (Maybe a few years ago, before
Canva was launched)
I always completed work using photoshop and adobe illustrator… but since I realized canva and
picsArt make work easy for me, I enjoy using it.
4. Can you show us some good works that you think have been produced and edit by using
Canva//Picsart? Yes, have already shared.
5. How do you judge whether this work is good?
When I post them on my WhatsApp my friends always comment and tell me how good they look.
6. What the most disadvantages/dissapointed things when using Canva//Picsart? Or, do you think
there is any room for improvement in this product?
I think should provide more templates for flyers and logos. Depending on different classification
i.e school logos, colleges, office, personal, executive etc

■ Why not pay? I find it easys to use the free snd the provided tools to create my own logos
and posters, and edit images. But if I’m prompted to pay I will surely be a member. I’m still
member because I like the results of my work from canva and picsArt.
