Example:
The following table represents the activities and durations of construction project.
Draw the network and calculate the ES, LS, EF, LF and total float TF for each
activity and find the vertical path.

Example:
The following table shows the activities and duration of a construction project. Use
critical path method (CPM) and draw the network then and determined the
followings:
1. Early and late starts for each activity.
2. Early and late finishes for each activity.
3. Total float.
4. Critical path in the network.
5. Total project completion time.
