To whom it may concern,

My name is Myriam Ferretti and I would like to apply for an Orientation Assistant Coordinator
position. My experience aligns well, as I have previously worked in an international
custumer-oriented environment.

I have a bachelor degree in Modern Languages and Cultures (English, French and Spanish)
and a master degree in Modern Languages for International Communication (English and
French). During my bachelor degree years I took part in the Erasmus Program and I
attended courses in the University of Jyvaskyla (Finland) in order to improve my personal
and linguistic skills.

After my bachelor degree I started working as an airport security agent in Fiumicino Airport.
This experience trained me various skills:
● Perform under pressure;
● Assist customers coming from different cultures and backgrounds;
● Conflict resolution;
● Team-working;
● Attention to detail.
I am also used to working during weekends with irregular hours.

Furthermore I have worked as International Relation Coordinator and Logistic Coordinator in

a removal company. I participated in international conferences and meetings and I organised
the ones held in Rome and Paris.

I am confident that the skills I learned in previous positions have prepared me for this
opportunity with your university and I am highly motivated to work in an academic
environment.

Please review my attached CV for additional details. Do not hesitate to reach out if you have
any questions or need further clarification on my experience. I would like the opportunity to
meet with you to discuss the staff position you have available.

Thank you for your consideration.

Sincerely,
Myriam Ferretti
