OBJECTIVEs

One of my targets is to succeed in the world of business. It is significant to me as a

human being to participate in economical growth, learn more and give all that I can to
improve myself and help others. I am a hard worker who never accepts but to master

- Cultural Exchange: I volunteered in Holy Land Trust NGO for one year in
cultural and social activities serving Palestinian community. This experience
improved my cultural interaction.

- Media: I worked with Bethlehem Radio for four months during my study. (I
could write, edit, interview and translate.) Beside my communication skills,
my voice itself is very good for media fields. I have Interviewed in both
English and Arabic languages. I also edited and reported news.
I was interviewed in both languages by several TV channels such as “CNN”,
“Palestine”, “Bethlehem” and “AL- Rua`a”. (I have a confident access to media and
social interactions.) I also made recordings of the Palestinian catastrophe (Al Nakbeh
1948) and interviewed some people to serve several research levels.
- Business: I worked in Transcend Support Call Center for a year first as a
customer service agent. This included opening and closing marketing deals.
Second, I was promoted to become a Team Leader in addition to doing QA
(Quality Assurance). Finally, I was promoted to become the operation manager
with Argosy Staff, running a US selling campaign. This included dealing with
customer and employee issues to maximize production, job interviews and
employee training and production reports. This covered all over USA. During
my work, I encountered different cultures, languages and even accents:
English, Arabic and Spanish.

- Teaching: Among 20 applicants, I was the only one to pass the English
examination of Elite private school and therefore approved to teach there.

- Tourism: I worked as an Executive Manager in “Madian Tours”. I used

Amadeus airline program, designed the English website for the company and
managed business transactions. I also worked in Arqoup Company for tourism
transportation. This included customer service, secretary and accounting tasks.
I was dealing with individuals and companies to manage transportation. I was
also dealing with employees. Every driver has a file and a work schedule. I
was also managing vehicles issues in files following up with the maintenance
and production of every vehicle.

- Translation: I am a professional translator. I am certified to do Simultaneous

Translation, Editing and subtitling.
For example: I did simultaneous translation and participated in
interpretive cultural activities with UNIPAL in Aida Boys Basic School
of UNRWA and with small groups of people. I was the Simultaneous
Translator in the “Nakhbeh Exhibition” of Aida UN Boys basic School.
I was a simultaneous translator in the second Economy conference held
on 17th Dec 2014 by HCCI (Hebron Chamber of Commerce and
Industry).

- Reception and Accounting:

I worked as a receptionist at al Madina Restaurant doing cash and accounting
using al Shamel accounting program. Foreign customers were happy with my
fluency, which served the business well.

- DJ & Photography.
As a freelancer, beside translation, I do DJ parties in a professional level. I
have good access to equipments and music. I’m also a certified photographer.
This includes photos, videotaping and production. I do photography for
weddings and social occasions too.

Sports (I like all types of working out from GYM to free style, swimming
and walking. I got 4 golden medals in ping pong. I like arts such as music,
paining and drawing (I am an excellent artist). I like traveling and driving,
too. I’m also interested in fashion, nature, adventure, animals, media,
communication, Cultural Exchange, languages and much more. I always
like to add more skills and experiences to enhance my personal growth.

Interests:
Business & Social Networks, Cultural Exchange, Human Rights, Empowerment of minorities and
marginalized groups…
I would like to build good business and social networks with others
especially foreigners (I like cultural exchange and introducing these
foreigners to parts of Palestine that they may have never heard of before).
Human rights preservation and women empowerment are major interests
of mine as a human and as a female.
 I like participating in activities of all kinds. For example, I made
interviews and short personal movies. And when I was at school I was a
member of many things including theater and speeches in both languages
(Arabic & English). On the other hand, I participated in marches for women
rights. Even when I was a child I carried a candle to the Nativity Church in a
march. I am just up to everything as long as it worthy.

interviewing to persuasion and many other fields.
