No. MIHAN-SEZ/G-Entry-EXIT/13/2019-20/34 Date 93.06.2022 Circular No. oA. / 2012 2B Sub: - Compliance of MIHAN-SEZ ID Cards Your attention is invited to SEZ Rule for ID Cards, the MIHAN-SEZ is a restricted area and entry to the zone is regulated through issuing of Identity cards from Development Commissioner office and Permission as stipulated under Section 46 of the SEZ Act, 2005 and Rule 70 of SEZ rules, 2006. In this regard, this office has issued Public Notice No. 05/2021- 22 for the movement of men and material with the prior permission and issuing ID cards from Development commissioner office In this regard, it is noticed that the Units/Developer/Co-Developer have failed to surrendered the ID cards despite the expiry of validity period and termination/resignation of the employee/staff. This may result in the unauthorized use of the same. Therefore, it is directed that all the Units/Developer/Co-Developer to maintain proper records of all the issued /surrendered/active/in-active ID cards and submit the details to the Development Commissioner Office periodically. It is also directed to surrender all the ID cards to this office which are either expired or not in use due to termination/resignation of the employee. It is once again stated that all the employee/contractual staff/concerned person of all the SEZ Unit/Developer/Co-developer have to necessarily carry the valid ID cards while entering and exiting the SEZ premises and observe all the conditions laid down in the Public Notice No. 05/21-22 dated 29.10.2021.
